My yoga journey

I first became a student of yoga 15 years ago while in college.  Moving to New York City in 2014 opened up the opportunity to visit numerous studios and try various styles of yoga.  I found a deep personal connection with Vinyasa, which created an outlet to release an abundance of energy yet allowed me to focus and calm my mind. In 2019 I decided it was time to learn more.  I earned my 200hr Teacher Training at BeBhakti Yoga Center in Beacon, NY.  I teach Vinyasa based Power & Slow Flow classes as well as Restorative and Prenatal. All of my classes available virtually and focus on balancing asanas (poses) with pranayama (breath).  I am available for private or group lessons as well as virtual lessons. I will spend time to understand your goals and design a class to serve your needs.
